At that time, huge glacier massifs formed in northern Scandinavia, which also covered parts of northern Germany and whose crystal-clear meltwater slowly made its way through the massive layers of rock. For thousands of years, it was protected from all environmental influences so that today it bubbles up from our two wells, which are up to 240 meters deep, artesian, i.e. under its own power. It makes sense that we not only use this unique water to brew beer, but also fill some of it into our own swing-top bottles to quench the thirst of a growing number of fans. A mineral water that is as fresh as it is exceptional and of which we are particularly proud.
